Ingredients
   | 1.5 cups of heavy cream1 teaspoon crushed fresh garlic1 tablespoon finely chopped onion½ pound of shiitake mushrooms cut into small strips1 tablespoon cream sherry
 | 1 tablespoon prosciutto12 ounces cooked chicken breast, sliced into small strips½ cup chicken stock2 tablespoons cornstarch mixed with 1/3 cup of water

Directions
Heat all of the ingredients including the shiitake mushrooms  but excluding the cornstarch mixture in a heavy skillet until simmering  over a medium flame. Lower the flame and continue simmering for 5  minutes. Add the cornstarch and water mix to thicken up the dish a bit  and add salt if you'd like. Serves 2.
